Privacy
This notice covers bookings made on courses.trainingworx.com.au and bhpcourses.trainingworx.com.au. It sits alongside Training Worx's general privacy policy.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The course date you choose (and a second choice if the date is full), and any notes you add.
- On the public booking request: whether you're booking for a company or privately, and if for a company, its name, your job title, and an invoice email and PO number if you give them; and how you heard about us.
- If you arrived from one of our ads, the ad's campaign tags from the link (for example utm_campaign), so we know which ads work. These are kept in your browser for that visit only and sent with your booking request.
We don't collect anything else here, and the site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
BHP staff
If you reserve through BHP, you fill in BHP's own WAIO Training Booking Request Form on this site. That includes your approving line leader's email, BHP employee number, date of birth and USI. Your answers are emailed straight to BHP's WAIO Centralised Training Team, so BHP can approve and book your training, and are not stored by Training Worx. We keep only your name, email address and the course date you chose, so we can send you the enrolment form once BHP approves. Our own office copy of the email leaves out your employee number, date of birth and USI.
Why we use it
To hold your place, send you confirmations and the enrolment form, arrange payment, follow up your booking request, and (for BHP staff) ask BHP to approve your training. We only email you about future courses if you tick the box to say yes.
Who sees it
Training Worx administration staff, your trainer once you're enrolled, and for BHP bookings, BHP's training approvers.
Who holds it for us
- Supabase: the booking database, in Sydney, Australia.
- Vercel: hosts this website. Vercel is a United States company.
- Resend: sends the booking emails, and is based in the United States.
